Here it goes – the first blog post. We’re ripping off the band-aid, so it’s going to be short and sweet.

The first project we’re tackling is, quite honestly, a tough one. While most people are painting over their brick fireplace, we’re in the middle of taking layers of paint off of our brick fireplace. We just want to be different, you know?

There will be a longer blog post in the near future that details the steps (and missteps) we’ve taken so far. For now, here’s a picture of where this project started. Thanks for reading!
